Silvano Benat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvino Rioja in the 5th minute of play. Bernardino Tercero kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After 11 minutes, Joel Rubian mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MetalGarurumon F.C and the Hermosillo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Joel Rubian hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Fiz Umpanera came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Hermosillo FC's Joaquin Mano. But to his dismay, Joaquin Mano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, MetalGarurumon F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Calvet came free, but Fiz Umpanera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hermosillo FC's Aquiles Bladi got a free kick in the 20th minute. A collision led to Hermosillo FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Bernardino Tercero hit a great ball. Silvano Benat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gillermo Soliz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eusebio Calvet struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Fiz Umpanera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hermosillo FC. Joel Rubian hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Fiz Umpanera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Mano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fiz Umpanera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Mano in the 33rd minute of play. Wilfredo Lluc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hermosillo FC's Wilfredo Lluc got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, MetalGarurumon F.C's Joel Rubian got a free kick in the 39th minute. Fiz Umpanera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joaquin Mano went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Fiz Umpanera came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Hermosillo FC's Eusebio Calvet. But to his dismay, Eusebio Calvet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

If Terciero Caravantes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusebio Calvet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Fiz Umpanera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvano Benat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvino Rioja in the 61st minute of the match. Fiz Umpanera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Mano, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Eusebio Calvet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Fiz Umpanera made a huge save. Mateo Primeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fiz Umpanera having to interfere. MetalGarurumon F.C's Fiz Umpanera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Mano in the 75th minute of play. MetalGarurumon F.C's Fiz Umpanera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save MetalGarurumon F.C from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Hermosillo FC booed when MetalGarurumon F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Fierro didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eusebio Calvet in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fiz Umpanera saved MetalGarurumon F.C from getting behind. Joaquin Mano might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fiz Umpanera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joaquin Mano ran back to his position shaking his head. Hermosillo FC played a much better game than MetalGarurumon F.C and deserved their victory. The MetalGarurumon F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
