A hard shot by Joaquin Romelio from long distance, 20 minutes into the match, got Fiz Umpanera's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Apolo Abeitia to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Gustavo Cordaryal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fiz Umpanera was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. In the 71st minute, Dario Phelipe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 73 minutes, Gustavo Cordaryal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zuberbühler FC and the MetalGarurumon F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gustavo Cordaryal hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. The referee ignored MetalGarurumon F.C's protests and gave Oro Velo a yellow card for diving instead. Zuberbühler FC made a substitution. Victoriano Azubeli replaced Roque Martxel. After a rather tough play, MetalGarurumon F.C's Oro Velo got a free kick in the 93rd minute. MetalGarurumon F.C's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
