After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Santos Romano managed to get in a good position for a shot. ..Villa Rugby Club..'s supporters rose to their feet, but Santos Romano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When Inocencio Indalecio fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ..Villa Rugby Club..'s protests and gave Inocencio Indalecio a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to ..Villa Rugby Club.. getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Irreal Madrid's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santos Romano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a rather tough play, Irreal Madrid's Geovanni Pinho got a free kick in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Couto in the 82nd minute of play forced ..Villa Rugby Club..'s goalkeeper Fidel Chus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santos Romano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicasio Vidal's late challenge caught a Irreal Madrid's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicasio Vidal helped the player get up and apologised. Nicasio Vidal hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ..Villa Rugby Club.. had played much better football throughout.
