DREAM TEAM WORLD's Damian Firman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovani Sergipano in the 16th minute of play. Chicão Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Jakue in the 19th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, Trindade Atlético Club's Giovani Sergipano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damian Firman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 30 played minutes DREAM TEAM WORLD got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Jakue. If Gaston Jakue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damian Firman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cássio Paes in the 36th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gaston Jakue made a kick off. Chicão Oliveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaston Jakue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teo Quirze in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chicão Oliveira saved Trindade Atlético Club from getting behind. Chicão Oliveira came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by DREAM TEAM WORLD's Gaston Jakue. But to his dismay, Gaston Jakue quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Chicão Oliveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaston Jakue's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Gaston Jakue sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Chicão Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Jakue in the 65th minute of play. Angelo Netto kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Chicão Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Jakue in the 68th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Gaston Jakue notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Trindade Atlético Club's Chicão Oliveira. Chicão Oliveira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavinho Garcia in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damian Firman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 82 minutes, Gaston Jakue mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DREAM TEAM WORLD and the Trindade Atlético Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Trindade Atlético Club booed when DREAM TEAM WORLD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaston Jakue didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, DREAM TEAM WORLD's Damian Firman got control of the ball when Cássio Paes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 96th minute Gaston Jakue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chicão Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, DREAM TEAM WORLD could leave the field as winners, despite Trindade Atlético Club having more of the ball for most of the match.
