After a defensive mix-up in Metapalo FC's zone, Gaston Jakue stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliciano Noe came out of the goal and Gaston Jakue tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Gaston Jakue managed to get in a good position for a shot. DREAM TEAM WORLD's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaston Jakue was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Feliciano Noe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andres Leocadio kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Oscar Inge kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Teo Quirze managed to get in a good position for a shot. DREAM TEAM WORLD's supporters rose to their feet, but Teo Quirze was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Feliciano Noe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andres Leocadio kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 44th minute Aurelio Elizardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Firman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaston Jakue to make the kick off. When Gaston Jakue came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the DREAM TEAM WORLD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaston Jakue couldn't finish the play. Damian Firman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Nuxila, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Joel Nuxila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Damian Firman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Teo Quirze left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DREAM TEAM WORLD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The supporters of DREAM TEAM WORLD booed when Metapalo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teo Quirze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th match minute, DREAM TEAM WORLD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andres Leocadio to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, DREAM TEAM WORLD's Leopoldo Nofre got a free kick in the 80th minute. A collision led to Metapalo FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Isidoro Garcia hit a great ball.
