Spectators: 7746 (Terracing: 5811, Seating: 1781, VIP seats: 154) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Olof Östman took the kick off in the first half of the match. Reine Pettersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Argider, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. In the 3rd minute, Olof Östman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reine Pettersson came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Academia FC's Fausto Argider. But to his dismay, Fausto Argider quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 9th minute Jens-Ove Ambjörnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Vasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olof Östman in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iker Vasco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nils-Erik Sundberg hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute Jorge Martxot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reine Pettersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Jens-Ove Ambjörnsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Preator Edikt fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The supporters of Academia FC booed when Preator Edikt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimmie Eckegren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iker Vasco was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jens-Ove Ambjörnsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 30 minute of play. In the 39th minute, Olof Östman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Iker Vasco. The goal made the score 3-2. If Olof Östman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 46 minutes, Olof Östman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Preator Edikt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olof Östman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

54 minutes into the match, Jimmie Eckegren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iker Vasco. Academia FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jimmie Eckegren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. In the 61st match minute, Academia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Gutxi to maneuver through the defense. Iker Vasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils-Erik Sundberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nils-Erik Sundberg in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iker Vasco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 67th minute Nils-Erik Sundberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Vasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mario Rivero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reine Pettersson having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Olof Östman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iker Vasco was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. In the 92ndth minute of the game Jens-Ove Ambjörnsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia FC's Iker Vasco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Preator Edikt's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
