Dexiators's Sven-Edvin Vedholm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Dexiators from getting a goal against them. In the 21st match minute, Dexiators was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arvid Lekberg to maneuver through the defense. Pau Nas Canelas's Laércio Vides came free and shot a quick shot against goal 23 minutes in the game, fortunately Sven-Edvin Vedholm had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Michel Vall's late challenge caught a Pau Nas Canelas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. With a little luck, Dexiators's Sven-Edvin Vedholm got control of the ball when Santiago Viana tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santiago Viana got free with Sven-Edvin Vedholm in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
When Mário Maltez came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Pau Nas Canelas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mário Maltez couldn't finish the play. Fred Wikander's late challenge caught a Pau Nas Canelas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When Jacob Azeredo fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pau Nas Canelas's protests and gave Jacob Azeredo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Pau Nas Canelas's Jacob Azeredo got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Hamilton Leal kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johnny Söderström in the 56th minute of play forced Pau Nas Canelas's goalkeeper Valter Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 59th minute of the match Adelino Luz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Adelino Luz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Sven-Edvin Vedholm came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Pau Nas Canelas's Santiago Viana. But to his dismay, Santiago Viana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Sven-Edvin Vedholm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laércio Vides in the 85th minute of the match. Pau Nas Canelas's Santiago Viana got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stig-Arne Ahlerot charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stig-Arne Ahlerot the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 96 played minutes Dexiators got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Arne Ahlerot. Pau Nas Canelas's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
