Spectators: 7679 (Terracing: 5760, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lino Araújo took the kick off in the first half of the match. LauerArmy's Christiano Fontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matías Lima in the 4th minute of play. A collision led to AF CERRADO getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Eliseu Senna hit a great ball. Christiano Fontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Araújo in the 15th minute of play. After 17 played minutes LauerArmy got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Pombal. Luiz Fernando Britto struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Gil Seco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LauerArmy. Cipriano Pombal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of LauerArmy booed when AF CERRADO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseu Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, LauerArmy's Caetano de Souza broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 34 minutes into the game, Arnaldo Branco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AF CERRADO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LauerArmy the free kick. Arnaldo Branco kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 39th match minute, AF CERRADO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Cearense to maneuver through the defense. Raí Reis kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luiz Fernando Britto to strike the kick off in the second half. Cipriano Pombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Matías Lima kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Christiano Fontes. That made the score 0-1 in the 56 minute of play. In the 59th minute, one of AF CERRADO:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AF CERRADO. In the 61st minute there was a penalty for LauerArmy. Caetano de Souza stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gil Seco. 1-1. LauerArmy's Luiz Fernando Britto got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 68th minute Luiz Fernando Britto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Seco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnaldo Branco kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 77th minute of the match Caetano de Souza shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gil Seco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 80th minute Cipriano Pombal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Seco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, AF CERRADO's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Pombal came free, but Gil Seco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AF CERRADO's Gil Seco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Pombal in the 83rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Cipriano Pombal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gil Seco was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. In the 94th minute, Cipriano Pombal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LauerArmy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1.
