Flavio Peyo started the match with the kick off. When Valentin Raphael fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's protests and gave Valentin Raphael a yellow card for diving instead. Valentin Raphael kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Omar Bartuelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Raphael in the 25th minute of play. 28 minutes in the game, Amado Farias fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Omar Bartuelo having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Matias Oliverio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 36 played minutes Defensores de Mar de Ajó got a freekick which was hit by Donato Otoniel. After having played for 44 minutes, Flavio Peyo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavio Peyo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amado Farias was the one to do the kick off. Omar Bartuelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Americo Crispo in the 51st minute of the match. In the 57th match minute, Defensores de Mar de Ajó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Ferran to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Apolo Salvidor got free with Prospero Curcio in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amado Farias charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amado Farias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 76th minute, Amado Farias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Omar Bartuelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Farias in the 78th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Arsenio Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute Felix Corderro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Bartuelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donato Otoniel struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Prospero Curcio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Defensores de Mar de Ajó. In the 93rdth minute of the game Felix Corderro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Omar Bartuelo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
