The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Flavio Peyo kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Pio came free, but Omar Bartuelo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 20 in the game by Gabriel Huly from a close distance when the talented Omar Bartuelo managed to make a qualified save. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's players were relieved. In the 26th minute, Alejo Ereinotz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rafael Domeka in the 28th minute. A nice corner shot did that Rafael Domeka got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Evaristo Ibar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Club Deportivo Álvarez getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Severiano Raymon hit a great ball. In the 33rd match minute, Club Deportivo Álvarez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Ereinotz to maneuver through the defense. Epifanio Silviano kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Gabriel Huly could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Omar Bartuelo made a huge save. Evaristo Ibar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Otoniel, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Flavio Peyo to strike the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Evaristo Ibar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Club Deportivo Álvarez's Epifanio Silviano got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 60th minute Severiano Raymon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Bartuelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 65 played minutes Defensores de Mar de Ajó got a freekick which was hit by Apolo Salvidor. In the 67thth minute of the game Severiano Raymon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Omar Bartuelo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Freddy Lapurdi got a free kick in the 67th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Flavio Pio notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Omar Bartuelo. Omar Bartuelo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Evaristo Ibar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Ferran, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Club Deportivo Álvarez's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Apolo Salvidor scored to the left of an out of position Evaristo Ibar, making the score, 2-1. 87 minutes into the match, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Huly came free, but Omar Bartuelo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato Otoniel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Evaristo Ibar made a huge save. Club Deportivo Álvarez's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
