Spectators: 7728 (Terracing: 5797, Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marquinhos Azevedo started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute Joaquim Chaves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gugu Mendes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Ricart Futebol Clube's Gugu Mendes got control of the ball when Cipriano Pombal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luiz Fernando Britto kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the game, Cipriano Pombal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Gugu Mendes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gugu Mendes came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by LauerArmy's Cipriano Pombal. But to his dismay, Cipriano Pombal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Cipriano Pombal scored 4-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gugu Mendes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36th match minute, LauerArmy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurinho Palmeira to maneuver through the defense. If Raí Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricart Futebol Clube's Gugu Mendes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Ricart Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Ricart Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Breno Araújo hit a great ball. The long shot by Caetano de Souza in the 46th minute really tested Gugu Mendes's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luiz Fernando Britto made a kick off. In the 51st minute, LauerArmy's Raí Reis seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Raí Reis the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of LauerArmy protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Raí Reis had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 51 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for LauerArmy! The goalkeeper, Christiano Fontes, was totally fooled by Ricart Futebol Clube's Kauan Cardoso, who 53 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. LauerArmy's Christiano Fontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Breno Araújo in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrinho Cardoso in the 63rd minute of play forced LauerArmy's goalkeeper Christiano Fontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to LauerArmy getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Ismael Mattos hit a great ball. Gugu Mendes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Paulo Arce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jacinto Macedo fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ricart Futebol Clube's protests and gave Jacinto Macedo a yellow card for diving instead. After 68 played minutes Ricart Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Macedo. Gugu Mendes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Fernando Britto, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute, Luiz Fernando Britto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gugu Mendes was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. The supporters of Ricart Futebol Clube booed when LauerArmy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caetano de Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hermínio Barreto charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hermínio Barreto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Christiano Fontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrinho Cardoso in the 81st minute of play. Gugu Mendes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Almeida, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Hermínio Barreto got his second yellow card in the match during the 88th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of LauerArmy booed when Ricart Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermínio Barreto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute, João Paulo Arce left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LauerArmy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1.
