Waldemar Loyola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Defensores de Mar de Ajó's zone, Waldemar Loyola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omar Bartuelo came out of the goal and Waldemar Loyola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Omar Bartuelo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lino Araújo in the 16th minute. After 17 played minutes AF CERRADO got a freekick which was hit by Wiliam Rosa. If Flavio Peyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Augusto Damario came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Defensores de Mar de Ajó fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Damario couldn't finish the play. Omar Bartuelo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matías Lima in the 32nd minute. In the 38th minute, Jonatan Ferran left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Defensores de Mar de Ajó fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Gil Seco came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Apolo Salvidor. But to his dismay, Apolo Salvidor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Flavio Peyo made the kick off in the second half. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Jonatan Ferran was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 51st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 56th match minute, AF CERRADO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yan Alves to maneuver through the defense. Omar Bartuelo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matías Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Omar Bartuelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Araújo in the 61st minute of play. Lino Araújo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Omar Bartuelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matías Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 74 played minutes AF CERRADO got a freekick which was hit by Eliseu Senna. When Waldemar Loyola came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the AF CERRADO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldemar Loyola couldn't finish the play. In the 77th minute Matías Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Bartuelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Omar Bartuelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lino Araújo in the 79th minute of the match. Lino Araújo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Bartuelo having to interfere. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Omar Bartuelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Araújo in the 90th minute of play. In the 92ndth minute of the game Lino Araújo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Omar Bartuelo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 94th play minutes Lino Araújo shot 1-4, a short shot which went by Omar Bartuelo and just under the crossbar into goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Defensores de Mar de Ajó had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
