The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, FC Bullen's Edgar Mårtensson got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After 3 played minutes, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Augusto Damario shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Matthias Kiempe came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Defensores de Mar de Ajó reached it. In the 5th match minute, Defensores de Mar de Ajó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Mitxaut to maneuver through the defense. Omar Bartuelo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gunnar Hökkvist in the 7th minute. From close distance Gunnar Hökkvist pressed in the 1-0 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 8 minutes into the game. Jens-Erik Lange struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Omar Bartuelo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Bullen. Gunnar Hökkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Omar Bartuelo made a huge save. If Donato Otoniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gunnar Hökkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Flavio Peyo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matthias Kiempe. FC Bullen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Flavio Peyo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Matthias Kiempe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Ferran in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute Jonatan Ferran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthias Kiempe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Omar Bartuelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivar Holm in the 36th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Ivar Holm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gunnar Hökkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Gunnar Hökkvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Omar Bartuelo was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. A collision led to FC Bullen getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Georg Lindqvist hit a great ball. In the 64th minute, Eddie Rosen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Rafael Domeka managed to get in a good position for a shot. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafael Domeka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matthias Kiempe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Matthias Kiempe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Otoniel in the 68th minute of play. Matthias Kiempe came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Flavio Peyo. But to his dismay, Flavio Peyo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Donato Otoniel during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Bullen booed when Defensores de Mar de Ajó was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Otoniel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd match minute, Defensores de Mar de Ajó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Damario to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Defensores de Mar de Ajó defense, Gunnar Hökkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Omar Bartuelo. The Defensores de Mar de Ajó fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Omar Bartuelo should have stopped the shot. In the 93rd minute Jonatan Ferran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthias Kiempe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Omar Bartuelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Ekblom in the 96th minute of the match. A collision led to Defensores de Mar de Ajó getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Diego Lidon hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, FC Bullen's Edgar Mårtensson tried to score from far away in the 99th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.
