An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano de Souza in the 4th minute of play forced Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's goalkeeper Vidal Carrasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute, Asensio Torres made a precise shot to the right of Christiano Fontes. LauerArmy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 12 minutes, Ramón Puyol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 and the LauerArmy players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th minute, Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's Arxel Estruch dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. After 19 played minutes LauerArmy got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Chaves. Vidal Carrasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caetano de Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Heriberto Fabelo hit a great ball. Cipriano Pombal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anatolio Gandia was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 31 minutes into the match. Los Ángeles de Charlie 2:s Vidal Carrasco showed great skill when he stopped Ismael Mattos:s penalty. Cipriano Pombal scored 2-2 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vidal Carrasco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramón Puyol was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Cipriano Pombal could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Vidal Carrasco however easily saved by the left post. After 60 played minutes Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 got a freekick which was hit by Alirio Jareño. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arxel Estruch during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Arxel Estruch hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, LauerArmy's Ismael Mattos broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 74th minute Caetano de Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vidal Carrasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 77 minutes, Heriberto Fabelo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 and the LauerArmy players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 78th minute, Heriberto Fabelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ramón Puyol hit a great ball. When Maurinho Palmeira fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LauerArmy's protests and gave Maurinho Palmeira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 96th minute, one of LauerArmy:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LauerArmy. LauerArmy's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 had won, even though LauerArmy had held more of the ball.
