Herbert Furlit hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Boruc Dziuma hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Wlodzimierz Fleszar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Guib, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Jakub Sikola put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rolando Erasto. Jakub Sikola struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Rolando Erasto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grasshoppers Klucze. Rolando Erasto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wit Jaworski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute, Octavio Bitxintxo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grasshoppers Klucze's Wlodzimierz Fleszar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Grasshoppers Klucze from getting a goal against them. Wlodzimierz Fleszar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Errapel in the 34th minute of play. After having played for 37 minutes, Wit Jaworski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grasshoppers Klucze's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wit Jaworski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Grasshoppers Klucze's goalkeeper Wlodzimierz Fleszar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciro Arlo. Wlodzimierz Fleszar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciro Arlo in the 44th minute. Wlodzimierz Fleszar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Arlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After a rather tough play, Grasshoppers Klucze's Tomasz Sawicki got a free kick in the 46th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Norberto Errapel made a kick off. Grasshoppers Klucze's Wlodzimierz Fleszar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Arlo in the 55th minute of play. In the 59th match minute, Estudiantes de América was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaias Caetano to maneuver through the defense. Wlodzimierz Fleszar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Arlo in the 61st minute of the match. Zachariasz Pinczewski kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Wlodzimierz Fleszar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Arlo in the 67th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Guib in the 74th minute of play forced Grasshoppers Klucze's goalkeeper Wlodzimierz Fleszar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Silvano Guib left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Estudiantes de América fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Silvano Guib took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wlodzimierz Fleszar. Wlodzimierz Fleszar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. There was no doubt that Estudiantes de América were the better team. Estudiantes de América's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
