After 30 played minutes, Timo!'s Humberto Mel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rui Patrício came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Timo! reached it. 39 minutes into the match, Ladoeiro No RuleZ FC 2010's goal looked a bit too open when Franco Colapinto came free, but Rui Patrício reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rui Patrício showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Kepa, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Franco Colapintos short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Rui Patrício to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugo Micael got free with Rui Patrício in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 89th minute, Niguel Mansell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rui Patrício was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. With an all-out effort, Timo!'s Rui Patrício threw himself towards the right post 92 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Humberto Mel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Humberto Mel got free with Rui Patrício in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
