Spectators: 7713 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Viktor Hanigovský took the kick off in the first half of the match. Peter Adamek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albert Christensen's shot from short distance in the 2nd minute. After 3 minutes, Albert Christensen made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC XY's Peter Adamek tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Gešík in the 5th minute of play forced Ampthill FC's goalkeeper Ralf Hudson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Viktor Hanigovský had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Ralf Hudson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 14 played minutes Ampthill FC got a freekick which was hit by Jeremy Coombe. Dylon Farmer hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Roger Platt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Peter Adamek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC XY's Peter Adamek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Platt in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Jamie Kemp was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ampthill FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC XY the free kick. The supporters of FC XY booed when Ampthill FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamie Kemp didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Hanigovský in the 26th minute of play forced Ampthill FC's goalkeeper Ralf Hudson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Johnathan Morse left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ampthill FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Dylon Farmer kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Gabriel Bučko struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Ralf Hudson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC XY. Richard Vičík hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute, Roger Platt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC XY's Ivan Gorbaš shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 45th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ralf Hudson but with some difficulty. When the match had gone on for 49 minutes, Roger Platt put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Peter Adamek. The FC XY players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ampthill FC were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Albert Christensen to strike the kick off in the second half. Viktor Hanigovský's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ralf Hudson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. With a little luck, FC XY's Peter Adamek got control of the ball when Roger Platt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Gešík in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ralf Hudson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Roger Platt came free with the goalkeeper in the 84th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Peter Adamek could save by the left post. FC XY's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Albert Christensen scored to the left of an out of position Peter Adamek, making the score, 0-4.
