Santos Confesor hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. When Belo Academy's Rubens Félix in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Saul Etxeberri showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Basílio Mello took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Saul Etxeberri. San Fernando Eagles's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
