The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marek Bejrut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Imre Cseh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Imre Cseh reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marek Bejrut. The goal made the score 1-0. Zula Snaza hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. KKP Spasione Kocury's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Miklós Bökönyi scored to the left of an out of position Marek Bejrut, making the score, 2-0. Marek Bejrut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Imre Cseh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Imre Cseh in the 23rd minute of play forced KKP Spasione Kocury's goalkeeper Marek Bejrut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Imre Cseh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Bejrut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28 played minutes KKP Spasione Kocury got a freekick which was hit by Zula Snaza. Marek Bejrut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Imre Cseh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Zula Snaza managed to get in a good position for a shot. KKP Spasione Kocury's supporters rose to their feet, but Zula Snaza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mátyás Vadas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39th minute of the match Przemyslaw Gniewek shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mátyás Vadas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 41st minute Imre Cseh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Bejrut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Szittyák SE rege's Imre Cseh in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KKP Spasione Kocury's goalie prevented a goal. When Miklós Bökönyi fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Szittyák SE rege's protests and gave Miklós Bökönyi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Szittyák SE rege getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Miklós Bökönyi hit a great ball.

István Sáfár charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed István Sáfár the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. István Sáfár hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Mátyás Vadas made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Radomil Tamulewicz sent off a good shot on target. Zula Snaza's late challenge caught a Szittyák SE rege's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zula Snaza helped the player get up and apologised. Marek Bejrut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miklós Bökönyi in the 58th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Mihály Gerebics managed to get in a good position for a shot. Szittyák SE rege's supporters rose to their feet, but Mihály Gerebics was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marek Bejrut breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Endre Zentay kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. When Szittyák SE rege's Imre Cseh in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KKP Spasione Kocury's goalie prevented a goal. Marek Bejrut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miklós Bökönyi in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74thth minute of the game Miklós Bökönyi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KKP Spasione Kocury's Marek Bejrut was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 76th minute, Miklós Bökönyi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marek Bejrut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Imre Cseh, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After some careless play in the KKP Spasione Kocury defense, Boldizsár Vass kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marek Bejrut. The KKP Spasione Kocury fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marek Bejrut should have stopped the shot. When Imre Cseh came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Szittyák SE rege fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Imre Cseh couldn't finish the play. Marek Bejrut came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Szittyák SE rege's Mihály Gerebics. But to his dismay, Mihály Gerebics quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. KKP Spasione Kocury's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
