Spectators: 7804 (Terracing: 5854, Seating: 1795, VIP seats: 155) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ronnie Blakeley kicked off to start the match. After 5 played minutes Equipo got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Abeijon. 6 minutes into the match, Equipo's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Bridgewater came free, but Orlando Leoiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Equipo's Anacleto Oriol got a free kick in the 7th minute. Lucas Bridgewater sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Equipo's Orlando Leoiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kris Oddy in the 11th minute of play. Ildefonso Celino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ildefonso Celino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25thth minute of the game Ildefonso Celino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Coventry Wasps's Dylan Bartlett was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 26th minute, Ronnie Blakeley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kris Oddy struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Orlando Leoiar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coventry Wasps. Dylan Bartlett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ildefonso Celino's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute, Lucas Bridgewater got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kris Oddy in the 38th minute of play forced Equipo's goalkeeper Orlando Leoiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Equipo's Orlando Leoiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronnie Blakeley in the 44th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ildefonso Celino to strike the kick off in the second half. Orlando Leoiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Bridgewater, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Orlando Leoiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronnie Blakeley in the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Anacleto Oriol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Orlando Leoiar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronnie Blakeley's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. After a rather tough play, Equipo's Leonardo Jaume got a free kick in the 75th minute. A collision led to Equipo getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Leonardo Jaume hit a great ball. Lucas Bridgewater fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Leoiar having to interfere. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Ronnie Blakeley sped through Equipo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Orlando Leoiar. When Sebastian Gabon fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Equipo's protests and gave Sebastian Gabon a yellow card for diving instead. In the 93rd minute, Sebastian Gabon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonardo Jaume got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Coventry Wasps booed when Equipo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Jaume didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was beautiful to see Coventry Wasps's Bruce Roche in action when he in the 98th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Coventry Wasps's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
