Spectators: 7742 (Terracing: 5808, Seating: 1780, VIP seats: 154) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Firdaus Barus took the kick off in the first half of the match. ROYALFOX FC's Toto Kalengkongan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save ROYALFOX FC from getting a goal against them. Olivier Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Firdaus Barus, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute, Reinhard Braamhaar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pieter den Hartog in the 10th minute of play forced ROYALFOX FC's goalkeeper Toto Kalengkongan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Toto Kalengkongan made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Reinhard Braamhaar sent off a good shot on target. Lemel SV's Olivier Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Firdaus Barus in the 19th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Leon Reiling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Krisna Kurniawan's late challenge caught a Lemel SV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Krisna Kurniawan helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ROYALFOX FC booed when Lemel SV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reinhard Braamhaar didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Firdaus Barus sped through Lemel SV's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Olivier Kahn. 46 minutes into the match, Reinhard Braamhaar notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of ROYALFOX FC's Toto Kalengkongan. Toto Kalengkongan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

If Bastiaan Bruintjes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reinhard Braamhaar in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Toto Kalengkongan saved ROYALFOX FC from getting behind. Reinhard Braamhaar struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Toto Kalengkongan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lemel SV. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind ROYALFOX FC's goalkeeper Toto Kalengkongan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Reinhard Braamhaar took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Toto Kalengkongan. Toto Kalengkongan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Hans Degeling hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. If Bastiaan Bruintjes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 95 played minutes Lemel SV got a freekick which was hit by Bastiaan Bruintjes. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Lemel SV had won after a very even match.
