The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Claudemiro Gomes kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Nazmi Rasi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nazmi Rasi got free with Viriato Leal in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Viriato Leal came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by 11 Aѕℓαη ƒC™'s Aykutalp Suhan. But to his dismay, Aykutalp Suhan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aykutalp Suhan got free with Viriato Leal in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 31 minutes into the match, 11 Aѕℓαη ƒC™'s goal looked a bit too open when Teófilo Melo came free, but Afşin Başkara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Haşmet Adalı charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Haşmet Adalı the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, 11 Aѕℓαη ƒC™'s Haşmet Adalı got a free kick in the 34th minute. Nazmi Rasi might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Viriato Leal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nazmi Rasi ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, 11 Aѕℓαη ƒC™'s Enis Behiç Şölen got a free kick in the 40th minute. A collision led to Sporting Clube Patrício getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Albérico Figueiras hit a great ball. In the 46th minute, Enis Behiç Şölen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Nazmi Rasi made the kick off in the second half. Viriato Leal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enis Behiç Şölen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 53 played minutes Sporting Clube Patrício got a freekick which was hit by Claudemiro Gomes. In the 55th minute Enis Behiç Şölen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viriato Leal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 Aѕℓαη ƒC™'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Enis Behiç Şölen in the 56th minute. 11 Aѕℓαη ƒC™'s Aykutalp Suhan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Viriato Leal in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Viriato Leal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enis Behiç Şölen in the 64th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Julião Gomes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Clube Patrício's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 11 Aѕℓαη ƒC™ the free kick. Julião Gomes hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Afşin Başkara was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Reinaldo Quental showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 70 minute of play. Genco Cenker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Viriato Leal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
