Witomir Solibieda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 5th minute, Witomir Solibieda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Audrius Dūdėnas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Boleslaw Gall kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Audrius Dūdėnas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Witomir Solibieda, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Boleslaw Gall during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 12 played minutes Fortuna 86 Szczecin got a freekick which was hit by Boleslaw Gall. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Marius Kieža took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Grzegorz Szamotulski to make any attempt to save it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filip Marud in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Audrius Dūdėnas saved FC Pegasas Siauliai from getting behind. Audrius Dūdėnas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Marud, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. FC Pegasas Siauliai's Audrius Dūdėnas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witomir Solibieda in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Marius Kieža shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grzegorz Szamotulski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Gintautas Jameikis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Grzegorz Szamotulski. Gintautas Jameikis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Boleslaw Gall hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Grzegorz Szamotulski was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Juras Biknius. After a rather tough play, Fortuna 86 Szczecin's Filip Marud got a free kick in the 41st minute. Grzegorz Szamotulski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marius Kieža, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Fortuna 86 Szczecin booed when FC Pegasas Siauliai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Deividas Pavilionis didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marius Kieža stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Audrius Dūdėnas successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Grzegorz Szamotulski came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Pegasas Siauliai's Gintautas Jameikis. But to his dismay, Gintautas Jameikis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. With a little luck, FC Pegasas Siauliai's Audrius Dūdėnas got control of the ball when Witomir Solibieda tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Witomir Solibieda got free with Audrius Dūdėnas in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Audrius Dūdėnas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stasio Domeradzki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, Juras Biknius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boleslaw Gall took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Audrius Dūdėnas. FC Pegasas Siauliai's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Svajūnas Rupšys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 91 played minutes Fortuna 86 Szczecin got a freekick which was hit by Boleslaw Gall. Grzegorz Szamotulski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marius Kieža, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. FC Pegasas Siauliai were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Fortuna 86 Szczecin for a fine match.
