Ephraim Stübgen kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Loy Berns got free with Audrius Dūdėnas in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pitt Terwiesche in the 6th minute of play forced FC Pegasas Siauliai's goalkeeper Audrius Dūdėnas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Audrius Dūdėnas successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Udo Gellrich made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gintautas Jameikis in the 9th minute of play. Audrius Dūdėnas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pitt Terwiesche, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Valentas Daunoras struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Udo Gellrich didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Pegasas Siauliai. 20 minutes into the match, FC Pegasas Siauliai's goalkeeper Audrius Dūdėnas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Loy Berns. The audience thought a goal was coming when Loy Berns got free with Audrius Dūdėnas in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 23 minutes into the match, Loy Berns notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FC Pegasas Siauliai's Audrius Dūdėnas. Audrius Dūdėnas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With an all-out effort, SV Klingsmoos's Audrius Dūdėnas threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ephraim Stübgen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to FC Pegasas Siauliai getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Svajūnas Rupšys hit a great ball. Udo Gellrich took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marijus Guzas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute of the match FC Pegasas Siauliai got a corner. SV Klingsmoos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Juras Biknius ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Juras Biknius almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SV Klingsmoos's Udo Gellrich did a great save. Udo Gellrich showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marius Kieža in the 39th minute of the match. Marijus Guzas hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ephraim Stübgen to make the kick off. Ephraim Stübgen scored 2-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Audrius Dūdėnas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 54 minutes, Ephraim Stübgen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SV Klingsmoos and the FC Pegasas Siauliai players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54th minute, Ephraim Stübgen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in SV Klingsmoos's zone, Valentas Daunoras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Udo Gellrich came out of the goal and Valentas Daunoras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. SV Klingsmoos's Udo Gellrich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marius Kieža in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute of the match, Marius Kieža tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Udo Gellrich saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. SV Klingsmoos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Marius Kieža scored to the left of an out of position Udo Gellrich, making the score, 2-1. Audrius Dūdėnas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ephraim Stübgen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rdth minute of the game Ephraim Stübgen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Pegasas Siauliai's Audrius Dūdėnas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 74 minutes into the match, FC Pegasas Siauliai's goal looked a bit too open when Ephraim Stübgen came free, but Audrius Dūdėnas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Audrius Dūdėnas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loy Berns in the 77th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Pitt Terwiesche notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of FC Pegasas Siauliai's Audrius Dūdėnas. Audrius Dūdėnas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Darijus Baltrūnas was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 82 minutes into the match. Pitt Terwiesche took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Audrius Dūdėnas. Audrius Dūdėnas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Pitt Terwiesche might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Audrius Dūdėnas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pitt Terwiesche ran back to his position shaking his head.
