Quiróz Casanoves hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Quiróz Casanoves's late challenge caught a Inter de Chillán's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Quiróz Casanoves helped the player get up and apologised. In the 11th minute, Quiróz Casanoves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Alvaro Graña ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Odón Mackenzie was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 28th match minute, Inter de Chillán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justo Tirapegui to maneuver through the defense. Odón Mackenzie stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Facundo Urdiales's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. In the 34th minute, Leopoldo Carrera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in MamiBella FC's zone, Eriberto Rast stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Carrera came out of the goal and Eriberto Rast tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Facundo Urdiales stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Alvaro Graña took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Odón Mackenzie to make any attempt to save it. Filomeno Dohrmann charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filomeno Dohrmann the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eriberto Rast in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Carrera saved MamiBella FC from getting behind. In the 61st minute, Filomeno Dohrmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Odón Mackenzie managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when MamiBella FC's Alvaro Graña fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto Rast in the 65th minute of play forced MamiBella FC's goalkeeper Juan Carrera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Facundo Urdiales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Odón Mackenzie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Inter de Chillán's Bairon Bernales got a free kick in the 74th minute. Odón Mackenzie was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Facundo Urdiales showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 75 minute of play. Alvaro Graña recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ian Gillan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julián Leal kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eriberto Rast during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 91 played minutes Inter de Chillán got a freekick which was hit by Belmiro Traverso. A collision led to Inter de Chillán getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Barni San Martín hit a great ball. Odón Mackenzie was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alvaro Graña showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 95 minute of play. The Inter de Chillán manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing MamiBella FC to win.
