Spectators: 7545 (Terracing: 5762, Seating: 1767, VIP seats: 16) Tor Njurenius started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Söderbröder's Herbert Vallander got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jens-Ola Lööf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Albom in the 6th minute of play. Patrik Svartengren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tor Njurenius in the 7th minute of the match. After 14 minutes, Kaj Möllgren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vänge IF and the Söderbröder players grew even worse after the yellow card. Isac Vase received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Jens-Ola Lööf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Söderbröder's Patrik Svartengren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Söderbröder from getting a goal against them. 23 minutes into the match, Tor Njurenius had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrik Svartengren. Söderbröder's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tor Njurenius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 35th match minute, Vänge IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaj Möllgren to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Söderbröder's zone, Tor Njurenius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrik Svartengren came out of the goal and Tor Njurenius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 38 played minutes Vänge IF got a freekick which was hit by Hannes Barck. Alex Emander charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alex Emander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 44th minute, Alex Emander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 45 played minutes Vänge IF got a freekick which was hit by Hannes Barck. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Patrik Svartengren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Lönn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristian Hägglund in the 57th minute of play forced Söderbröder's goalkeeper Patrik Svartengren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens-Ola Lööf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Apelkvist in the 59th minute of play. The supporters of Söderbröder booed when Vänge IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustav Ahlquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patrik Svartengren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tor Njurenius's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. 66 minutes into the match, Hannes Barck notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Söderbröder's Patrik Svartengren. Patrik Svartengren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edvin Wennerqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edvin Wennerqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Söderbröder getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Edvin Wennerqvist hit a great ball. Patrik Svartengren came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Vänge IF's Tor Njurenius. But to his dismay, Tor Njurenius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Patrik Svartengren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tim Frykberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tor Njurenius in the 83rd minute of play forced Söderbröder's goalkeeper Patrik Svartengren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 minutes of play Söderbröder's Edvin Wennerqvist was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 86 played minutes Söderbröder got a freekick which was hit by Edvin Wennerqvist. In the 96th minute Kristian Hägglund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Svartengren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Vänge IF were the better team. Vänge IF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
