Spectators: 7830 (Terracing: 5874, Seating: 1800, VIP seats: 156) Eriberto Rast made the kick off and thus started the match. With a little luck, Inter de Chillán's Odón Mackenzie got control of the ball when César Nafría tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ramón Quiroga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Rast in the 8th minute of play. After 9 played minutes Inter de Chillán got a freekick which was hit by Bairon Bernales. In the 12th match minute, Inter de Chillán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Pablo Toro to maneuver through the defense. Marco-Antonio Climent blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Odón Mackenzie having to make a save. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's César Nafría got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 21 minutes into the game, Gilen Adán was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inter de Chillán the free kick. After a rather tough play, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Gilen Adán got a free kick in the 21st minute. Justo Tirapegui, 22 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by César Nafría in the 25th minute of play forced Inter de Chillán's goalkeeper Odón Mackenzie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nabucodonosor Contratas took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Odón Mackenzie. Odón Mackenzie dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 45th minute Joachim Dobale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Odón Mackenzie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manolito Flores to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manolito Flores in the 51st minute of play forced Inter de Chillán's goalkeeper Odón Mackenzie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oliverio Grove's late challenge caught a F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oliverio Grove helped the player get up and apologised. Odón Mackenzie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manolito Flores in the 61st minute of the match. 64 minutes into the game, Manolito Flores cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Odón Mackenzie was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 67 minutes, Joachim Dobale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joachim Dobale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Manolito Flores received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Odón Mackenzie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Odón Mackenzie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monte Vega in the 75th minute of play. Inter de Chillán's Clemencín Celis shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 79th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ramón Quiroga but with some difficulty. In the 80th minute, César Nafría got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 81 minutes into the match, César Nafría notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Inter de Chillán's Odón Mackenzie. Odón Mackenzie was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 86th match minute, Inter de Chillán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ian Gillan to maneuver through the defense. Odón Mackenzie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from César Nafría, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Inter de Chillán's goal looked a bit too open when César Nafría came free, but Odón Mackenzie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA booed when Inter de Chillán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliverio Grove didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Inter de Chillán getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Ian Gillan hit a great ball. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Inter de Chillán for a fine match.
