The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th match minute, Söderbröder was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isac Vase to maneuver through the defense. If Isac Vase had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Isac Vase fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Söderbröder's protests and gave Isac Vase a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Söderbröder getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Isac Vase hit a great ball. Mauricio Araoz kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Isac Vase could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Virgilio Macerio made a huge save. Virgilio Macerio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filip Albom went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Resurrección Diabólica Ψ getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Elvio Estebe hit a great ball. In the 30th minute of the match, Ove Rosin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Virgilio Macerio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Isac Vases short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Virgilio Macerio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 34 minutes into the match, Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's goalkeeper Virgilio Macerio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonardo Bivall. Virgilio Macerio made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Leonardo Bivall sent off a good shot on target. Patrik Svartengren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Cidro in the 41st minute of play. The supporters of Söderbröder booed when Resurrección Diabólica Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ariel Chan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hipolito Cidro to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elvio Estebe in the 56th minute of play forced Söderbröder's goalkeeper Patrik Svartengren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ove Rosin charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ove Rosin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 57 played minutes Söderbröder got a freekick which was hit by Ove Rosin. In the 60th minute Elvio Estebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Svartengren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute, Elvio Estebe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 62 minutes into the game, Mauricio Araoz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Söderbröder the free kick. Patrik Svartengren made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Hipolito Cidro sent off a good shot on target. If Filip Albom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's Virgilio Macerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Bivall in the 92nd minute of play. Patrik Svartengren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eduardo Louis went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score.
