Laurențiu Ene hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nichifor Mara during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, MIT's Nichifor Mara got a free kick in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurențiu Ene in the 12th minute of play forced C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's goalkeeper Salvador Durango to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laurențiu Ene in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Salvador Durango saved C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolomé Correa in the 26th minute of play forced MIT's goalkeeper Leonard Cutean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the game, C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Taio Sánchez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonard Cutean made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Salvador Durango took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laurențiu Ene, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Salvador Durango showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurențiu Ene in the 42nd minute of the match. The MIT players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Taio Sánchez made the kick off in the second half. Bartolomé Correa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonard Cutean was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but George Pedraza showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 56 minute of play. Bartolomé Correa took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonard Cutean. Leonard Cutean dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The supporters of C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 booed when MIT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduard Culcer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute Taio Sánchez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonard Cutean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nichifor Mara in the 67th minute of play forced C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's goalkeeper Salvador Durango to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, Petre Prislop hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Fințescu hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The long shot by Dei Balcells in the 71st minute really tested Leonard Cutean's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 74th minute Taio Sánchez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonard Cutean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. MIT were furious when Mădălin Corocăescu was red carded, 81 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. MIT's Leonard Cutean played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taio Sánchez in the 89th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than MIT.
