Spectators: 7791 (Terracing: 5844, Seating: 1792, VIP seats: 155) MIT's Laurențiu Ene started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Intimos de Reynoso's zone, Laurențiu Ene stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Milio Cuero came out of the goal and Laurențiu Ene tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 5th match minute, Intimos de Reynoso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vedillo Legarda to maneuver through the defense. Milio Cuero came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by MIT's Laurențiu Ene. But to his dismay, Laurențiu Ene quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Intimos de Reynoso booed when MIT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurențiu Ene didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the game, Taio Lereira lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Leonard Cutean. Milio Cuero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurențiu Ene, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Petre Prislop hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Leonard Cutean made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Chayo Aguila sent off a good shot on target. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Belasko Aguiluz to strike the kick off in the second half. Leonard Cutean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Belasko Aguiluz in the 51st minute of play. A collision led to Intimos de Reynoso getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Lucas Aumada hit a great ball. Milio Cuero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laurențiu Ene in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Ciprian Tunaru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. MIT's Leonard Cutean played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Goito Becerril in the 64th minute of play. After a rather tough play, MIT's Virgil Otețea got a free kick in the 64th minute. Intimos de Reynoso's Belasko Aguiluz got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nichifor Mara during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 70th match minute, MIT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nichifor Mara to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the game, Belasko Aguiluz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Leonard Cutean was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Mădălin Corocăescu fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MIT's protests and gave Mădălin Corocăescu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 79th minute, Taio Lereira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Intimos de Reynoso fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. 82 minutes into the match, Intimos de Reynoso's goal looked a bit too open when Laurențiu Ene came free, but Milio Cuero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th match minute, Intimos de Reynoso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gartzen Braña to maneuver through the defense. Petre Prislop might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Milio Cuero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Petre Prislop ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Intimos de Reynoso getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Vedillo Legarda hit a great ball. There was no doubt that Intimos de Reynoso were the better team. Intimos de Reynoso's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
