Spectators: 7742 (Terracing: 5808, Seating: 1780, VIP seats: 154) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Pedro Finn made the kick off which started today's match. A collision led to Santos FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Darryl Pollard hit a great ball. Dénes Boross received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Rusty Little tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Dénes Boross left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Szombathely Squirrels fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. A hard shot by Gusztáv Győrffy from long distance, 19 minutes into the match, got Rusty Little's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 22nd minute, Szilárd Csikós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Dénes Boross had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rusty Little showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dénes Boross in the 27th minute of the match. Rusty Little made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dénes Boross in the 30th minute. The audience was convinced that Dénes Boross's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rusty Little was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Zsolt Vörös recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Zsolt Vörös notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Santos FC's Rusty Little. Rusty Little was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pedro Finn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Gusztáv Jászberényi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dénes Boross made a kick off. Jamar Maxwell kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. In the 53rd minute Zsolt Vörös shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rusty Little saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Szombathely Squirrels's Dénes Boross in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Santos FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Zsolt Vörös had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Dénes Boross sped through Santos FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rusty Little. Zsolt Vörös fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rusty Little having to interfere. In the 66thth minute of the game Dénes Boross who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santos FC's Rusty Little was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Santos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Szilárd Csikós came free, but Rusty Little reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Dénes Boross put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Rusty Little. 72 minutes into the match, Szombathely Squirrels's goal looked a bit too open when J.P. Delarosa came free, but Gusztáv Jászberényi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, Dénes Boross ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rusty Little was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. After 79 minutes, Darryl Pollard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santos FC and the Szombathely Squirrels players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 82nd minute, Dénes Boross ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rusty Little was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. In the 89th minute, Jamar Burton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rusty Little made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dénes Boross in the 93rd minute of play. Szombathely Squirrels walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
