Spectators: 7769 (Terracing: 5827, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 155) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cássio Britto started the match with the kick off. Ennio Costantini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Britto in the 6th minute of the match. The New Loser FC fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when New Loser FC's Sandrinho Xavier looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Cássio Britto took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ennio Costantini. Ennio Costantini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 13 minutes into the match, io.dasola's goal looked a bit too open when João Pedro Goiano came free, but Ennio Costantini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Sandrinho Xavier notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of io.dasola's Ennio Costantini. Ennio Costantini was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. io.dasola's Ennio Costantini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio Britto in the 21st minute of play. In the 27th minute New Loser FC were awarded a corner. Duarte Azevedo went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 32nd minute, Evaristo Guimarães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 33 minutes, Tarcisio Bezerra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the New Loser FC and the io.dasola players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in New Loser FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! In the 45th minute Sandrinho Xavier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ennio Costantini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Annamaya Hannah to make the kick off. Eliseu Negri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabiano Farina, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Ennio Costantini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Pedro Goiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cássio Britto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Ennio Costantini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the game, Cássio Britto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ennio Costantini. Cássio Britto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. In the 83rd minute, Cássio Britto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ennio Costantini was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. Zé Augusto Magalhães hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. New Loser FC played a much better game than io.dasola and deserved their victory. The io.dasola players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
