Spectators: 7791 (Terracing: 5844, Seating: 1792, VIP seats: 155) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Metehan Perkel made the kick off which started today's match. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Avram Golescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Songur Karataş could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Avram Golescu made a huge save. In the 14th minute ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü were awarded a corner. Metehan Perkel went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Metehan Perkel almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Scorpions -MM-'s Avram Golescu did a great save. After some careless play in the Scorpions -MM- defense, Galip Oktan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Avram Golescu. The Scorpions -MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Avram Golescu should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Songur Karataş managed to get in a good position for a shot. ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's supporters rose to their feet, but Songur Karataş was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Avram Golescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Scorpions -MM- defense, Metehan Perkel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Avram Golescu. The Scorpions -MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Avram Golescu should have stopped the shot. Avram Golescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Metehan Perkel in the 36th minute. After 40 minutes of play, Scorpions -MM-'s Eric Cimpoieru made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dinç Özcebe was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dinç Özcebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Cimpoieru in the 45th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Metehan Perkel got free with Avram Golescu in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The supporters of ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü booed when Scorpions -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Fărcașu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mahmut Sargın struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Avram Golescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Metehan Perkel in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Avram Golescu saved Scorpions -MM- from getting behind. Metehan Perkel took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Avram Golescu. Avram Golescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Songur Karataş charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Songur Karataş the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 60 played minutes ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü got a freekick which was hit by Songur Karataş. If Metehan Perkel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Avram Golescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Metehan Perkel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mahmut Sargın recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Scorpions -MM- booed when ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efekan Sartık didn't get a good kick on the ball. Songur Karataş blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Avram Golescu having to make a save. Metehan Perkel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Avram Golescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Mehmet Arif Alp hit a great ball. Avram Golescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Metehan Perkel, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. If Mahmut Sargın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute Mahmut Sargın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Avram Golescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Songur Karataş in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Avram Golescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü were the better team. ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
