When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Epifanio Rito took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Godofredo Mac Intyre to make any attempt to save it. If Flavio Orlondon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Omar Palma kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Godofredo Mac Intyre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Orlondon in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute of the match Podador Arraño sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Kaleniuk skillfully saved the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Brasil off's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Manuel Vlahovic came free, but Lautaro Kaleniuk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Brasil off's Epifanio Rito slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Godofredo Mac Intyre. That made the score 3-0 after 28 minutes of play. In the 32nd match minute, Brasil off was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmacio Eusko to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by José Ignacio Berguecio during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. CRUZ DEL SUR's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Omar Palma scored to the left of an out of position Godofredo Mac Intyre, making the score, 4-0. CRUZ DEL SUR's Godofredo Mac Intyre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save CRUZ DEL SUR from getting a goal against them. Epifanio Rito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Godofredo Mac Intyre made a huge save. 44 minutes into the game, CRUZ DEL SUR's Xulián Artaño nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Kaleniuk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Godofredo Mac Intyre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Palma in the 48th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell José Ignacio Berguecio to make the kick off. Omar Palma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godofredo Mac Intyre having to interfere. Lorenzo Mella charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lorenzo Mella the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Brasil off's Epifanio Rito in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CRUZ DEL SUR's goalie prevented a goal. Sisebuto Matetich charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sisebuto Matetich the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to CRUZ DEL SUR getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Sisebuto Matetich hit a great ball. After some careless play in the CRUZ DEL SUR defense, Epifanio Rito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Godofredo Mac Intyre. The CRUZ DEL SUR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Godofredo Mac Intyre should have stopped the shot. Godofredo Mac Intyre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Malvin, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 75th minute, José Ignacio Berguecio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 80 minutes CRUZ DEL SUR's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Omar Palma who took care of the corner kick. 81 minutes into the game, Epifanio Rito was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brasil off's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CRUZ DEL SUR the free kick. The supporters of CRUZ DEL SUR booed when Brasil off was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Rito didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 82 minutes, Juan Manuel Vlahovic mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CRUZ DEL SUR and the Brasil off players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th match minute, CRUZ DEL SUR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Mella to maneuver through the defense. Epifanio Rito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Epifanio Rito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brasil off's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
