Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell José Ignacio Berguecio to make the kick off. CheR FC's Joaquin Hechter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Manuel Vlahovic in the 69th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felix Victoro during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Godofredo Mac Intyre made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Felix Victoro sent off a good shot on target. Anastasio Hermelando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godofredo Mac Intyre having to interfere.
