Spectators: 7992 (Terracing: 5995, Seating: 1838, VIP seats: 159) CheR FC's Anastasio Hermelando started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 played minutes CheR FC got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Hermelando. Joaquin Hechter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reyes Fell in the 11th minute of the match. With a little luck, CRUZ DEL SUR's Godofredo Mac Intyre got control of the ball when Bernardo Pio tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 21 played minutes CRUZ DEL SUR got a freekick which was hit by José Ignacio Berguecio. The supporters of CRUZ DEL SUR booed when CheR FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramon Foro didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, CRUZ DEL SUR's Godofredo Mac Intyre got control of the ball when Bernardo Pio tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Anaya in the 37th minute of play forced CRUZ DEL SUR's goalkeeper Godofredo Mac Intyre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeremias Florian was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 40 minutes into the match. 41 minutes into the match, CRUZ DEL SUR's Lorenzo Mella broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, CheR FC's Bernardo Pio got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Godofredo Mac Intyre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasio Hermelando, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

The wind increased when José Ignacio Berguecio made the kick off in the second half. José Ignacio Berguecios short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Joaquin Hechter to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 57 minutes into the match, Bernardo Pio notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of CRUZ DEL SUR's Godofredo Mac Intyre. Godofredo Mac Intyre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, CheR FC's Felix Victoro got a free kick in the 60th minute. Anastasio Hermelando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reyes Fell hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. CheR FC's Jose Elixio got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Godofredo Mac Intyre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastasio Hermelando in the 75th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Odol Rojas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramon Foro struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Godofredo Mac Intyre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CheR FC. 83 minutes into the match, CheR FC's goalkeeper Joaquin Hechter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xulián Artaño. CheR FC's Joaquin Hechter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xulián Artaño in the 87th minute of play. The supporters of CRUZ DEL SUR booed when CheR FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Elixio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Aaron Zamorano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joaquin Hechter. That made the score 1-1 in the 92 minute of play. Bernardo Pio charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernardo Pio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bernardo Pio kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. CRUZ DEL SUR were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
