In the 3rd minute, Ramon Foro made a precise shot to the right of Clemente Hermes. Romando Futebol Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 16th minute Bernardo Pio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Hermes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 minutes of play, CheR FC's Anastasio Hermelando made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clemente Hermes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Clemente Hermes came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by CheR FC's Anastasio Hermelando. But to his dismay, Anastasio Hermelando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Ramiro Brito came free with the goalkeeper in the 23rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Joaquin Hechter could save by the left post. Romando Futebol Clube's Clemente Hermes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Foro in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, Dráusio Varela was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Romando Futebol Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CheR FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Romando Futebol Clube's Dráusio Varela got a free kick in the 29th minute. Joaquin Hechter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elder Tróia in the 36th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 37 minutes into the game, when Francisco Zonta put in a rough tackle. Francisco Zonta kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Jose Elixio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 42nd minute, CheR FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nico Dantas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 45 played minutes CheR FC got a freekick which was hit by Gualterio Ofelio.

In the 63rd match minute, CheR FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ceferino Anaya to maneuver through the defense. Silas Paraíba hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the CheR FC defense, Ramiro Brito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joaquin Hechter. The CheR FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquin Hechter should have stopped the shot. Nico Dantas might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Hechter. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nico Dantas ran back to his position shaking his head. 83 minutes into the game, Bernardo Pio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Clemente Hermes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 88 minutes into the match, Romando Futebol Clube's Ramiro Brito sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Hechter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner led to Romando Futebol Clube's Adelino Gaspar getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Jeremias Florian's late challenge caught a Romando Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeremias Florian helped the player get up and apologised. CheR FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
