Tomasz Drebit's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miroslaw Gejda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Boleslaw Pahucki in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miroslaw Gejda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gwidon Lichniak kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 30th minute Tomasz Drebit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miroslaw Gejda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wasyl Mlekodaj kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walery Koczara in the 32nd minute of play forced Lipa KS's goalkeeper Alfred Chazen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miroslaw Gejda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boleslaw Pahucki in the 34th minute of the match. In the 41st match minute, Lipa KS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gwidon Lichniak to maneuver through the defense. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Florian Pryputnicki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lipa KS's Gwidon Lichniak quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 60 minutes into the match, Legia Warszawa 【L】's goal looked a bit too open when Boleslaw Pahucki came free, but Miroslaw Gejda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Legia Warszawa 【L】's Miroslaw Gejda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomasz Drebit in the 61st minute of play. Miroslaw Gejda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomasz Drebit, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 70th match minute, Lipa KS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wasyl Mlekodaj to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 70 minutes, Florian Pryputnicki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Legia Warszawa 【L】's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florian Pryputnicki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th minute of the match Legia Warszawa 【L】 got a corner. Lipa KS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Florian Pryputnicki ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gwidon Lichniak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Miroslaw Gejda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teofil Czerwinski made in the 82nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Legia Warszawa 【L】's Herbert Konopka. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walery Koczara in the 83rd minute of play forced Lipa KS's goalkeeper Alfred Chazen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teofil Czerwinski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miroslaw Gejda having to interfere. In the 97th minute Walery Koczara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Chazen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
