When Barrio Norte FC's Telo Pongó in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Absoliut's goalie prevented a goal. Karolis Badauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Telo Pongó in the 13th minute of play. After 15 played minutes Absoliut got a freekick which was hit by Andrius Šarkauskas. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Telo Pongó put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Karolis Badauskas. 22 minutes into the match, Absoliut's Modestas Merkelis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gaspar Babul narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 23 minutes Barrio Norte FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sigitas Barasa who took care of the corner kick. Barrio Norte FC's Gaspar Babul proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Barrio Norte FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Barrio Norte FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Francisco José Makaus hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Barrio Norte FC's Eufemio Carmona got a free kick in the 37th minute. Kęstutis Murauskis made in the 40th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Artūras Miežys immediately put the ball in play. Absoliut were furious when Sikstas Alzbutas was red carded, 43 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 43 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Absoliut! After the first half Barrio Norte FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Modestas Merkelis made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Barrio Norte FC's Telo Pongó slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Karolis Badauskas. That made the score 0-3 after 51 minutes of play. After 54 played minutes Abel Espejo rounded Absoliut's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. After some careless play in the Absoliut defense, Abel Espejo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karolis Badauskas. The Absoliut fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karolis Badauskas should have stopped the shot. Telo Pongó in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Karolis Badauskas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 79 minutes in the game, Telo Pongó fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Karolis Badauskas having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Barrio Norte FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
