Spectators: 8000 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 160) Luganeros AFC's Gilberto Domenec started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alejo Gaspard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Eleder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benigno Galoer in the 10th minute of play forced Olds School Pepo's goalkeeper Edelmiro Sesuldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severiano Dantel's late challenge caught a Luganeros AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severiano Dantel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th match minute, Olds School Pepo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severiano Dantel to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Luganeros AFC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Gilberto Domenec hit a great ball. If Mauro Eleder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 17 minutes into the match, Eloy Oskarbi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alejo Gaspard. Luganeros AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eloy Oskarbi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Gilberto Domenec fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Luganeros AFC's protests and gave Gilberto Domenec a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st minute Mauro Eleder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejo Gaspard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florencio Sancho charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florencio Sancho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd match minute, Luganeros AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Sancho to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Eleder in the 23rd minute of play forced Luganeros AFC's goalkeeper Alejo Gaspard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severiano Dantel made in the 26th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Luganeros AFC's Ariel Sanchez. In the 39th minute Mauro Eleder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejo Gaspard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alejo Gaspard came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Olds School Pepo's Eloy Oskarbi. But to his dismay, Eloy Oskarbi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Mauro Eleder who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Alejo Gaspard when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 55 minutes, Mauro Eleder made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Luganeros AFC's Alejo Gaspard tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Angelo Urtzi came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Alejo Gaspard could save by the left post. Mauro Eleder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejo Gaspard having to interfere. Olds School Pepo made a substitution. Serafino Mingo replaced Eloy Oskarbi. In the 66th minute, Prospero Ciano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute, Ciriaco Weather sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Luganeros AFC's Alejo Gaspard didn't even have to move. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauro Eleder got free with Alejo Gaspard in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Serafino Mingo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Olds School Pepo fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Olds School Pepo's Mauro Eleder looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Luganeros AFC's zone, Angelo Urtzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejo Gaspard came out of the goal and Angelo Urtzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alejo Gaspard made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mauro Eleder in the 94th minute. Olds School Pepo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
