Horacio Vitin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barcellos Mineiro FC. 69 minutes into the game, Prudencio Ostargi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cremonese's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barcellos Mineiro FC the free kick. The shot was a little too simple and Horacio Vitin could save by the left post. In the 86th minute Sixto Ralondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Coelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Barcellos Mineiro FC defense, Sixto Ralondo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gil Coelho. The Barcellos Mineiro FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gil Coelho should have stopped the shot. Melchor Ondino hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Galo Mineiro got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Barcellos Mineiro FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
