Spectators: 7962 (Terracing: 5973, Seating: 1831, VIP seats: 158) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kostas Tziolas took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the game, Kostas Tziolas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Edson de Castro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 8th match minute, Olympiacos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Spyros Fotakis to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute of the match Nestor Leão sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fondas Kalantas skillfully saved the ball. In the 10th minute, Kostas Tziolas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edson de Castro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Savas Drougas in the 19th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kostas Tziolas got free with Edson de Castro in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Savas Drougas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Edson de Castro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 32 minutes into the match, Olympiacos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick da Silva came free, but Fondas Kalantas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Crisólia FBPA's André Coutinho got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Olympiacos FC's Kostas Tziolas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edson de Castro. That made the score 2-0 after 43 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

In the 58th minute, Savas Drougas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olympiacos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Fondas Kalantas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Penha in the 64th minute. Thanos Kotridis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexis Dellios's late challenge caught a Crisólia FBPA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexis Dellios helped the player get up and apologised. Crisólia FBPA made a substitution. Gabriel Santana replaced Francisco Penha. In the 72nd match minute, Olympiacos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermis Kritikopoulos to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the game, Olympiacos FC's Kostas Tziolas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edson de Castro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Nestor Leão charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nestor Leão the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 78 played minutes Crisólia FBPA got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Leão. Fondas Kalantas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrick da Silva, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After 90 played minutes Olympiacos FC got a freekick which was hit by Thanos Kotridis. For all the effort they put into the match, the Crisólia FBPA players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Olympiacos FC.
