Niceto Lluciano charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Augusto Osasun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mariusz Ankiewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zbyszko Bartochowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Nemesio Firman made a huge save. Remigiusz Madej made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Machado in the 95th minute of play. Bendito Sea El Fernet's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
