August Frykberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Verner Fredriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Mark Hedman kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Stefan Landin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Oscar Hedman made a huge save. In the 25th minute, Christer Karlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torbjörn Boklund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Oscar Hedman made a huge save. August Frykberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Verner Fredriksson went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. August Frykberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Verner Fredriksson in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viktor Biörnberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute of the match, Viktor Biörnberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but August Frykberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Brothers of Mercy's Rolf Albäck got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 72nd minute Stefan Landin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Hedman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to DIF LEEDS BK getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Christer Karlberg hit a great ball.
