With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zé Carlos Toscano in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oscar Hedman saved DIF LEEDS BK from getting behind. Ricardinho Simão took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar Hedman. Oscar Hedman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Naldo da Cunha in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oscar Hedman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oscar Hedman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Carlos Toscano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Hedman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardinho Simão in the 23rd minute of play. Anderson Meira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rikard Helander in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Mark Hedman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 27 played minutes, Clube do Remo MZ's Caetano Camargo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Oscar Hedman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Clube do Remo MZ reached it. Oscar Hedman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Carlos Toscano in the 38th minute of play. José Maria Rossi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 48 minutes, Rikard Helander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DIF LEEDS BK and the Clube do Remo MZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to DIF LEEDS BK getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Rikard Helander hit a great ball. Caetano Camargo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 49th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Oscar Hedman. DIF LEEDS BK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Zé Carlos Toscano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oscar Hedman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute of the match Mark Hedman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anderson Meira skillfully saved the ball. Zé Carlos Toscano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Oscar Hedman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Zé Carlos Toscano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Oscar Hedman. That made the score 0-4 in the 71 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Zé Carlos Toscano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oscar Hedman was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Clube do Remo MZ's Caetano Camargo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 78th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Oscar Hedman but with some difficulty. Clube do Remo MZ's Anderson Meira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viktor Biörnberg in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Zé Carlos Toscano notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of DIF LEEDS BK's Oscar Hedman. Oscar Hedman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Clube do Remo MZ's José Maria Rossi got a free kick in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardinho Simão in the 95th minute of play forced DIF LEEDS BK's goalkeeper Oscar Hedman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th minute, Verner Fredriksson made a precise shot to the right of Anderson Meira. Clube do Remo MZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Clube do Remo MZ's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
