Steven Al-Faruqi charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Steven Al-Faruqi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd minute of the match Hjalmar Brodin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ojat Daryana showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. August Frykberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulus Rusandi, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 9 Lurah's Cornel Kuswoyo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 31st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Paulus Rusandi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of August Frykberg, 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patar Manuputty got free with August Frykberg in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stefan Landin made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Micky Wisanggeni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 9 Lurah's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brothers of Mercy the free kick. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Cliff Fingkreuw put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of August Frykberg. After a rather tough play, 9 Lurah's Charles Arsah got a free kick in the 78th minute. August Frykberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cliff Fingkreuw, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute, Cornel Kuswoyo made a precise shot to the right of August Frykberg. Brothers of Mercy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0.
