An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Bembe in the 6th minute of play forced Várzea F.C.'s goalkeeper Serafim Mesquita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jailson Koehler took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Apolo Porfirio. Apolo Porfirio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Várzea F.C.'s Filipe Mendonça got a free kick in the 13th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Alessandro Mandrak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Apolo Porfirio. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alessandro Mandrak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Bruninho Arósio might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Apolo Porfirio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bruninho Arósio ran back to his position shaking his head. Apolo Porfirio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jailson Koehler in the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Jailson Koehler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Porfirio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessandro Mandrak in the 36th minute of play forced StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's goalkeeper Apolo Porfirio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Apolo Porfirio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruninho Arósio, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After a rather tough play, Várzea F.C.'s Filipe Mendonça got a free kick in the 39th minute. Apolo Porfirio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Mandrak in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute, Jailson Koehler ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Apolo Porfirio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alessandro Mandrak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Serafin Txartiko kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Apolo Porfirio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jailson Koehler in the 55th minute of play. Jailson Koehler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Apolo Porfirio made a huge save. Várzea F.C.'s Iuri Paranaense was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Apolo Porfirio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Apolo Porfirio got control of the ball when Jailson Koehler tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 65 played minutes Várzea F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Filipe Mendonça. A collision led to StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Inocencio Sein hit a great ball. Várzea F.C. made a substitution. Ramiro Rosado replaced Alessandro Mandrak. Várzea F.C. made a substitution. Samuca Soares replaced Marco Mangueira. After 68 played minutes StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Sein. Serafim Mesquita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Monico, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 78th match minute, Várzea F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jailson Koehler to maneuver through the defense. Apolo Porfirio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Rosado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serafin Txartiko during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 89 minutes, Ramiro Rosado made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Apolo Porfirio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Várzea F.C.'s Ramiro Rosado slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Apolo Porfirio. That made the score 0-5 after 93 minutes of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Várzea F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
