Atarratze Cosca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Gonsalve, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atarratze Cosca was a little too slow when Federico Anaya got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Anaya in the 29th minute of play forced Tala Bosques del Jaure's goalkeeper Atarratze Cosca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atarratze Cosca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Ongile in the 32nd minute of play. Silvano Ongile kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the game, Deportivo Mandiyu's Federico Anaya nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Atarratze Cosca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After having played for 47 minutes, Federico Anaya managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Mandiyu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Federico Anaya was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arlo Labrada to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joselito Vasallo during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 52 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mandiyu's Silvano Ongile sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Atarratze Cosca narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 57th minute Oso Estefania shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Quintin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Federico Anaya's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Atarratze Cosca was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. In the 61st minute Fernando Peso suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Moises Hartz fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Mandiyu's protests and gave Moises Hartz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute, Moises Hartz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oso Estefania recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Delmar Quintin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oso Estefania in the 73rd minute of play. Atarratze Cosca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Anaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Federico Anaya came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Deportivo Mandiyu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Federico Anaya couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the match, Federico Anaya notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Tala Bosques del Jaure's Atarratze Cosca. Atarratze Cosca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Tala Bosques del Jaure defense, Silvano Ongile kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atarratze Cosca. The Tala Bosques del Jaure fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atarratze Cosca should have stopped the shot.
