Evelio Acosta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernest Poplăcean, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Amboy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ernest Poplăcean came free, but Evelio Acosta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Amboy FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Eugenio Sendoa hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domingos Pasqual got free with Emanuel Giurcă in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 17 minutes, Dragoş Pivniceru made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Amboy FC's Evelio Acosta tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Ernest Poplăcean's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Evelio Acosta was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Emanuel Giurcă made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Inocencio Jokin sent off a good shot on target. Israel Montae kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Evelio Acosta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marius Ganea went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After the first half FC Fanaticii were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ernest Poplăcean stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Montae in the 56th minute of play forced FC Fanaticii's goalkeeper Emanuel Giurcă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Giurcă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Jokin, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Israel Montae hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mugurel Bărăian in the 94th minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Evelio Acosta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Amboy FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Fanaticii's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Fanaticii.
