Husky's Xanti Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josef Mårtensson in the 10th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Esquipula Alcantara during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to C.A. Husky getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Esquipula Alcantara hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the game, Josef Mårtensson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Xanti Costa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Xanti Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roger Hedin, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Santiago Montaña managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A. Husky's supporters rose to their feet, but Santiago Montaña was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claes Sigfridsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Josef Mårtensson in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xanti Costa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Josef Mårtensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xanti Costa having to interfere. Teo Esperta hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. The supporters of KD Stiger booed when C.A. Husky was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Esperta didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, C.A. Husky's Matxin Macia got a free kick in the 36th minute. After a defensive mix-up in C.A. Husky's zone, Hubert Ahlrot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xanti Costa came out of the goal and Hubert Ahlrot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. KD Stiger's Claes Sigfridsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save KD Stiger from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, KD Stiger's Josef Mårtensson got a free kick in the 47th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vladimir Salgado made a kick off. Claes Sigfridsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santiago Montaña went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 54th match minute, C.A. Husky was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Esperta to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute, KD Stiger's Andy Ekerot ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Xanti Costa. Xanti Costa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Xanti Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josef Mårtensson in the 67th minute of the match. Josef Mårtensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Xanti Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Matxin Macia fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A. Husky's protests and gave Matxin Macia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th minute, Matxin Macia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.A. Husky's Xanti Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josef Mårtensson in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Josef Mårtensson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to C.A. Husky getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Jordi Ucero hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the match, C.A. Husky's goal looked a bit too open when Josef Mårtensson came free, but Xanti Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The KD Stiger supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing KD Stiger would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
